To start with the bed set up was uncomfortable with a rolled towel pressing on my throat, the massage was not to the usual standard for this spa, no pressure and muscles not worked or relaxed and I stayed on my front for the whole hour causing neck and shoulder strain and felt I should of been asked to turn over to reach all parts of my legs, disappointed with my full body massage. The relaxation room was not comfortable to lie down on without the soft coverings.
