Friendly staff - facilities clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. I feel the therapist could have been more communicative about the treatment and what she could feel. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The Swedish massage was excellent and the room was cosy and comfortable. The facilities ( sauna, jacuzzi and pool etc) are all really nice but very dingy lighting in the pool area. I had a great experience and for the price it was amazing value for money.
My only criticism is that the changing/ shower area was pretty grim, 1 toilet and 1 shower, and it looks tired so definitely needs updating.
The afternoon tea was excellent and more than enough food for 2, great restaurant too.
