Amazing day with my 3 friends.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Food was excellent, staff amazing.
Massage was very relaxing.

We had a really lovely time. Our treatments were particularly good. Lisa was excellent, very friendly and everyone in our group came out of their treatment saying how lovely it was and how great Lisa was. She definitely made the experience for us.
Although it did not bother us or takeaway from our enjoyment the spa facilities are a little out dated. However this would not stop us going again.

Facial was excellent. Massage was ok but the room was cold, the bed was cold and the therapist didn’t ask about pressure required. Changing room is too small. Pool was cold, aromatherapy room had no aroma and hot tub was out of action.

Very loud no spa music and rooms were not sound proof so you could hear everything from the main pool room including a large pump/machine making large noises

I had Grace for both my treatments today, classic facial and the back, neck and shoulders massage. She was really friendly, making me feel very relaxed. She asked good questions to understand any areas I wanted her to fucus on, and then constantly checked that the pressure was appropriate. I left both treatments feeling very relaxed and fully pampered.
