Nobody at hotel reception on arrival, nobody at spa reception. Couldn’t use the spa pool due to chemical imbalance. Aroma room smelt of nothing and was cold. Spa staff did not greet us with a welcome.

Really enjoyed our stay . Very relaxing . Lovely big room . Nice views. Food was lovely and breakfast was too . Massage was fantastic.jodie was very helpful so we’re all the staff . Apart from one man that wasn’t happy about us having 2 towels We came away very relaxed . Definitely will return .

The lady didn't use any nice smelling oils - I have an acute sense of smell and she just used plain oil. I didn't sign up for that. She didn't do a massage where I can say she did what is expected - I asked for Medium pressure I got a light touch. She didn't tie my hair back with a band so the little bits of hair she kept putting behind my ear - annoying for both of us. I wouldn't consider going back.
