The Hotel itself has been updated and is very nice However the spa area is very tired and we have been told that it will be updated next year. Spa facilities currently are adequate

The whole spa experience was amazing just two negative point I would like to mention
One I feel parking charges are ridiculously high for people paying so much for breaks we were there for 2 night had to pay £24 .
Secondly our Room was above the restaurant & got woken up at 6.30am with the loud music playing on both the days.

Good points massage was very good, the staff in bar where good cocktails very good Bad pointsTherapist number two poor. Gels came off within a day the manicure was non existent my friends nails were a mess by the end of the dayWhen we booked the packaged said light lunch when we got there we where told it was afternoon tea being diabetic afternoon tea is no good after a discussion they agreed to change. changing room very poor small 1 toilet 1 shower inadequate for the amount of people
