I had a fantastic two treatments Lisa was brilliant, explained everything, I wish I had realised we could take advantage of all the spa facilities I would have taken my costume, but treatments were well worth the visit

We found the main pool cold. The aromatherapy room/suite didn't smell of anything and was quite cool, so not relaxing. The ladies changing room was very small and with the amount of people, having only two changing cubicles meant people had to wait around which wasn't very good. There wasn't a selection of robe sizes so my husband had to go without. The jacuzzi was lovely and the spa treatments were very good.

Never have I had a pedicure where I was asked to lay on a bed with my knees up. Humiliating. Left with wet nails and toes as there was no dryer. It was NOT a pedicure in the least. Not even a pedicure chair. The therapist did not care in the least. If I said she was rude it’s an understatement. I left with more polish on my skin than my toes. Ruined the instant I tried to put the spa slippers on. She didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I actually liked to go there. If I could give zero star
