A great range of services and generally very friendly and helpful staff. The changing and ladies bathroom facilities were cramped and dirty. In the toilet cubicle there was black mould in the tile grouting and on the floor. I did notice the lighting in the spa was very dim and wonder if this was to disguise more areas of mould and disrepair.

Very poor. Spa needs a damn good clean and refurb. Grubby, small changing rooms, dirty fixtures.

The facials and spa staff were great, meal was also lovely. However upon arrival we were advised the hot tub and spa pool were out of order, the changing room shower was filthy, the relaxation room door was stuck so didn't close properly. We were allowed access to the general hotel swimming pool, but there were hardly any beds to relax on and the swimming pool sides were terrible
The whole place needs a bit of tlc . A disappointment as this was a birthday present for my mum.
