Toilet was out of action in female changing room. On ground level, where the very helpful gent who orientated us, one of those toilets was out of action. The toilet bowl of the second one was dirty in the morning was soiled. I was disappointed to see it still dirty at 4p.m. At this time I did report it to main reception. Young lady said she would advise appropriate member of staff. There was no record of inspection in cloakroom.

Setting in therapy room too dark - no consideration given to older people or those with poor sight I found it difficult after 1 hour's treatment to change and leave after therapist left.
I am not as mobile as I would like to be that needed to be addressed by therapist.
Loo at the end of the changing room not suitable as floor and toilet were wet - unsafe and not convenient.
Kayleigh very pleasant young lady but I found her a little inexperienced doing the massage but face treatment very good.

Absolutely gutted, the pool up stairs was shut as soon as we arrived was then never told it had re open, the hot tub worked for all of 20mins the steam room was out of order and the cave that meant to smell have heated seats and music didn’t smell of anything only places where heated, the changing rooms had mould in the loo and the 1 shower was dirty, I have wrote an email after leaving after 3ish hours and sent it to 3 different people and no reply. The members in there are happy to moan!
