One of our appointment times changed with no prior contact with us to see if this was OK, we just received an email to inform us. We were not advised of the £6 car parking fee on booking our treatments. The area was very warm and the room the facial was in was extremely hot and dark. I know you need to set the ambience but it was to dark. My manicure, I could of done better myself it was streaky and didn't look very good once in the light. Overall it wasn't the best experience we have had

Your facilities are absolutely filthy!!!!
The therapist was very pleasant however.
The changing rooms are a health hazard, mouldy, smell of mould and just disgusting.

I booked spa package with 2 treatments part of package and extra pedicure. My partner enjoyed her massage as the lady was experienced and my therapist was young lady who just finished her training 3 weeks ago as she claimed and didn’t know how to massage so it was waste of time and money. Our pedicure took place over bed and she just put polish without soaking the feet in water or cutting and filling the nail. Very unprofessional.
Bed was very uncomfortable, the room was top floor and no lift.

Kayleigh the therapist was attentive, pleasant and made me relaxed and explained everything.
The venue going through the pool area to get to the spa therapy area seemed very claustrophobic and dark and I heard people saying there is a lack of changing and showering areas. It would be almost impossible for anyone even slightly disabled to get down the stairs to the ‘Spa’.
