West Cliff Hotel in Bournemouth, is a lovely hotel, with excellent facilities. The room we stayed in was well decorated, in trend and very clean. We loved the spa facilities and were able to enjoy a few treatments to relax and rejuvenate us. Our evening meals were prepared and cooked to a high standard. Oh! And the afternoon tea was just beautiful. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience - we will be back!

I booked the massage for my husband and he was very happy with the treatment he received. The facilities at the spa were excellent. We both enjoyed the spa pool, steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. It was very relaxing and we also found the hotel overnight stay a great experience. We would love to use the spa and treatments again on another occasion.

Reception staff not very welcoming..room was too small ..not enough toiletries..only one of each..spa facilities ok to much chlorine in jucuzi..evening meal nice and waitress very nice and accommodating she was Malaysian ../tai..breakfast good.would I come again probally with a bigger room .
