We had a spa treatment and massage booked at the Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel, but the spa facilities were so dated and unhygienic we went home after 10 minutes. The changing rooms were cramped and the toilets, shower, floors, lockers had black mould in them. Entering the spa it was crowded and unrelaxing, with a few guests performing PDA on each other in the jacuzzi. It felt like such a horrible experience that we left without taking our lunch or massage bookings.

Totally enjoyed the stay. Great food, fab location, brilliant place, superb garden, swimming pool, bar and SPA. All you need for a relax few days off.

A very good spa, with lovely quiet atmosphere and it was a good place to escape as was adults only. Really enjoyed it!

The spa was fairly easy to find & we managed to park outside the hotel, saving us the £6 fee to use the car park.
The lady at the spa reception was very pleasant & gave us the initial tour of the facilities.
In my opinion, I found several parts of the spa to be in need of updating & very cramped in areas.
The treatment room was nice & we had a relaxing back & neck massage.
The lunch that was included in our spa day was very enjoyable.
Overall, I would say the it was good value for money.
