Very poor. Spa needs a damn good clean and refurb. Grubby, small changing rooms, dirty fixtures.

The facials and spa staff were great, meal was also lovely. However upon arrival we were advised the hot tub and spa pool were out of order, the changing room shower was filthy, the relaxation room door was stuck so didn't close properly. We were allowed access to the general hotel swimming pool, but there were hardly any beds to relax on and the swimming pool sides were terrible
The whole place needs a bit of tlc . A disappointment as this was a birthday present for my mum.

On arrival, one of the receptionist was very cold when speaking to, not a friendly warming approach. Knowing that you’ve got to pay in the car park £12 per day, unless you are some sort of member. People with flash cars parking in disabled spaces and the hotel doing nothing about it. apart from that, the room was clean and tidy, the breakfast and evening, meals and afternoon tea were really nice, no complaints there, and the rest of the staff in the restaurant and in the spa were really helpful

Overall good experience! (Afternoon tea, massage and customer service).
The only negative is the main hotel doors was locked for nearly 1hr between 00.00-01.00, no answer to the reception phone line, leaving at least 8 guest out in the cold, some with weak bladders).

It was my mother's birthday and she was given the spa experience as a birthday gift. We were treated by the amazing ladies at reception who guided us down to the spa.
Our facials were exceptional as were the facilities and the staff in the spa area.
Included in our package was a one course meal. We also had a starter. The wait staff as well as the food, were lovely.
We would definitely recommend the West Cliff Hotel. I would stay there as an overnight guest just for the experience. Thank you.
