Spa unclean in most areas, dirty floors and surfaces. Very cramped changing rooms and all very run down. Jacuzzi pool not even warm. Treatments were okay however not asked about desired pressure and had to ask several times for more pressure and still no improvement. Taken in 10 mins late for treatment with no apologies. Very limited vegetarian options on lunch menu and service was poor. Not asked if enjoyed food and wasn’t asked if wanted to order additional drinks just asked to pay bill
