Waited ages for staff to arrive for the treatment. no reception staff and when I’d tried to book treatments on phone it was very hard to get through. Treatment with Lisa was good. The facilities were poor , quiet room was not quiet at all. Hot tub, gym and larger pool were unavailable to use for various reasons. The spa pool area was not overly clean. We’d booked a luxury spa day and did not receive anything resembling luxury. Overpriced, tired and dated. Felt cheated.
