Reception staff not very welcoming..room was too small ..not enough toiletries..only one of each..spa facilities ok to much chlorine in jucuzi..evening meal nice and waitress very nice and accommodating she was Malaysian ../tai..breakfast good.would I come again probally with a bigger room .

The spa was quite small but nice. Had the basics but the aromatherapy cave didn’t have any aroma in it. There was just a tub of tiger balm ! The steam room was nice. The massage was nice and relaxing. The hot towel at the end was lovely.
Booking experience was absolutely frustrating and appalling. The phone was never answered. instructed to leave a message and would be contacted in 48 hours but never received a call back after leaving 2 messages. Finally received a response to my email.
