The treatments were great Kayleigh was really good but the pool area changing rooms were dirty not stocked up will not be returning

Spa definitely in need of some improvement. Showers weren’t great in the changing room (we chose not to use it) and some of the facilities were out of use eg hot tub and another pool. The aromatherapy cave was cold so not sure that in use. Weather was amazing though so we sat outside and the treatments were good. Lunch was ok. Would be unlikely to recommend or go back .

We are Boundless member and this was our first stay at Westcliffe Hotel. I felt Receptionists were less attentive to us. I can't be sure whether there was any issues with race/people of colour issues were involved. The same receptionists were pretty friendly and attentive to indigenous white English guests. There were majority guests were elderly and their body languages told you that we shouldn't sharing the hotel accommodation with them. Nothing explicit but that was there.
