Maintenance going on in reception, disagreement between a member of staff and maintenance person(not a good welcoming)
Jacuzzi was cold
Back neck and shoulder treatments felt more of a rub than massage
Full body massages the same could have been more firmer. Have had before this was totally different.

The best thing about our premium spa day were the treatments, the therapists were lovely and gave us a relaxing time however other than that we were very disappointed, the jacuzzi was chilly, the steam room had no steam and you could see it was pretty dirty, the sauna wasn’t very hot to begin with but that improved when someone asked for it to be turned on! The changing facilities were appalling no lockers available, it was dirty and very tired looking. The bar and it’s staff were lovely.
