Waited ages for staff to arrive for the treatment. no reception staff and when I’d tried to book treatments on phone it was very hard to get through. Treatment with Lisa was good.
The facilities were poor , quiet room was not quiet at all. Hot tub, gym and larger pool were unavailable to use for various reasons. The spa pool area was not overly clean.
We’d booked a luxury spa day and did not receive anything resembling luxury. Overpriced, tired and dated. Felt cheated.

The spa is a bit dingy, only one toilet and one shower cubicle. The aromatherapy room wasn't working, the relaxation room was ok but dark. It would have been nice to have beds around the pool so you can read your book being close to the pool. We booked a spa package but were still expected to pay for robes so without them we had to cross through the hotel in wet bathers. Treatments were nice however one had an awful cold and was sniffing and wiping her nose throughout

The facials we had were ok but seem to be different one of us had different facial to the other but they were supposed to be the same.
Spa facilities were terrible looks dirty and old no loungers to sit on apart from the ones in the sun room pool and then there were only a couple but they were broken and clearly past there time.
Jacuzzi was not in use because it was broken and the indoor spa pool was very very small to the point if there were four people in it you couldn’t really swim
