Venue was very well presented. The food was lovely and good portions. Room was very clean and presentable too.
We utilised various spa treatments and the staff were great. Only downside to any treatment were spotlights directly above your face and ambiance could be considered more, especially when you've laid face down for 30 mins prior. Otherwise, great expereince and will return.

The best thing about our premium spa day were the treatments, the therapists were lovely and gave us a relaxing time however other than that we were very disappointed, the jacuzzi was chilly, the steam room had no steam and you could see it was pretty dirty, the sauna wasn’t very hot to begin with but that improved when someone asked for it to be turned on! The changing facilities were appalling no lockers available, it was dirty and very tired looking. The bar and it’s staff were lovely.
