Enjoyed the spa day but very disappointed with the temperature of the water in the spa areas. It was very cold & I therefore didn’t use the pools. The other swimming pool was warmer but very tired with parts of the sides coming away & green algae visible in parts. Treatment & lunch were good.

I booked 7 weeks prior to our Spa day & lunch but never received email confirmation. We were travelling in separate cars so paid a total of £12 to park. The treatment room & bed were cold were the face flannels/mitts - I was told this was due to me being the first customer (10am). I was booked to have a 50 minute facial but after 30 minutes she said that she had finished - she has misread the booking details! We ordered lunch which took 45 minutes to arrive. Not the most relaxing experience!

The massage rooms are in need of decorating, a lot of noise outside the room. The restaurant was nicely decorated however I ordered a chicken ceaser salad and all of the lettuce was brown and didn’t eat it, my husband also ordered a chicken burger which was meant to have tomato relish they put chipotle on it which was not pleasant when queried was told it’s what was on the menu when pointed it out it wasn’t didn’t see him
Again and had to wait 25 min for our cheesecake not impressed.

First of all you have to pay for parking. Robes cost £6 and you need a £1 for the locker, which I didn't have and we weren't told about! Total mix up with the treatments which meant I sat around cold for ages and had to cut a treatment short. Lisa the therapist was very good though. Hot Tub wasn't working, pool was cold, Aroma Cave had no aroma, everything needed a good clean, we couldn't get out of there quick enough. Went to have our Afternoon Tea which took 45 mins to arrive.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It was very run down, not even clean. Toilets and facilities really needed a good clean and some tlc. No running water in some changing rooms, hand driers out of order with no hand towels, hot tub was out of order, doors were broken, the spa pool was FREEZING. Now for the afternoon tea. Barely edible I was told I would receive a freshly made spread. It wasn’t sandwhiches were stale and fillings were horrible. Defrosted small cheesecakes soggy and tasteless
