Becky was lovely enjoyed my friend enjoyed massage and i enjoyed my facial all done really well.
Unfortunately we were not so happy with the pool inside it needs updating and dark in there and water felt cold.
The jacuzzi wasn't working .
Upstairs pool was lovely and it was warm.
The afternoon tea was very nice .

Really need improvement the place is looking so tired and mouldy, showers horrible in the down stairs spa area, i feel there is a lot of things that could be done to make it feel warming, spa like that doesn’t cost money, just candles and music i the waiting area for the massage alone!
Going into have a massage in room with air con on, being so cold when you got to get undressed, having a blanket over me that had been used before hand as it was damp… not acceptable

The spa, apart from the treatment room, was bit dingy. Staff were helpful but the spa pool and the main pool need attention. Rusty edges on tiles, no water supply to ladies changing room. The aromatherapy cave had stale smell no aroma. Went once to them, that was enough. Disappointing.

I had a Swedish back, neck & shoulder which was both relaxing and forfilling. Lisa worked on my shoulders which I said were the main area I needed worked on. Her touch was smooth, firm and gentle. I also had a facial with Lisa the following day. She remembered me which was lovely and again the facial was lovely.
