Ive been coming here for many years and it has gone down hill dramatically. Unfortunately i wont be back. The spa was freezing. I had to spend 20 mins in the steam room to warm up. I wasnt the only one saying it either. We had an 1hr b4 the massages and we were done within 30 mins as it was cold. Aromatherapy room had no Aromatherapy either.

Pool and Jacuzzi too cold sauna not to temperature. Asked staff to turn temp up on pool and jacuzzi but said just been filled take time.A few hours later no change. Stayed overnight room far to hot. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Spa had a lovely atmosphere, staff were friendly and helpful However, in the female toilets, 2 were not working and the overall area was dirty.

Had a great experience overall however just a few things that I feel could’ve been better. The men’s changing room didn’t have individual places to get changed and is overall cramped. The therapist I had was great however the massage table was rocking
