I booked this spa day via a Red letter day package and unfortunately can see why it was on the cheaper side. Would like to start with the pros though, all the staff we had interaction with were very nice, from the lady in the spa, to Christina the therapist and the staff in the restaurant, they were all very pleasant. Unfortunately though, the spa itself felt very dirty, the changing rooms were so tiny with only one shower and one toilet and you had to pay £6 to HIRE a robe.

I was in the waiting room for a while and then the therapist came and told me to follow her. She did not introduce herself. She took me into the room and apologised as it wasn’t ready so proceeded to change the towels on the bed. The air conditioning was on instead of the heating by accident so the room was cold. The music went off 10 mins into the treatment. Towards the end the therapist phone went off. The massage technique was good.
