The spa smelt musty, decor needs attention, had to wait to be let in, feels tired and dated. Massage was amazing and massage therapist was professional and friendly.

Had a really enjoyable experience, my daughter and I came away feeling very relaxed after our massage. We also had afternoon tea which was lovely. All staff very attentive, helpful.

Very pleasant experience, a treat for me and my fiancée. She thoroughly enjoyed the facial whilst I had the back, neck and shoulder massage. Staff were excellent. Great value for money.
