Unfortunately during our stay at the hotel the sap facilities were closed due to a technical problem so we were unable to use the spa pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. This was sadly our second stay where the spa facilities had been closed. However the spa manageress was lovely and very apologetic and our facials were amazing.

The place was short staffed, had several phone calls to change the timing of my booking both leading up to it and on the day.
The masseuse was friendly, young/ only just started the role.
There was no music, not sure the bed was that stable, it kept rocking each movement (wondered if it would collapse whilst on it, luckily it didn’t).
Spa facilities; Awful- a hot tub which was running but it was cold -could lead to health issues. Pool was freezing/ needed a proper clean! Wouldn’t return

Reception was welcoming, helpful & kind. Spa was nice, although the pool was very cold. Me & my friend booked a few months in advance and the day before our treatment times got changed so we couldn't have them together which was a shame. Treatments unfortunately was a real let down. One therapist was quite rude. The other was very unprofessional. Not what you want when you spend a lot of money. My shirt also got stolen from the changing rooms which put a downer on our visit. Wouldn't return.
