I thought the spa was run down, the aquality of the food for the afternoon tea was awful however thank goodness the facial was good, if it hadn't of been I would have been very upset for my daughter who bought me the spa day

The lift was out of order and we were on the 3rd floor. The parking was £12 a day. The food in the restaurant was very basic and we were glad to eat out in the last night. The Gym was closed until 9am so unable to use it early in the morning. No bath in the room. Walls very thin, could hear everything in room next door. Team members very new, didn’t know what they were doing especially in the Spa. Travelled a long was for this spa experience and was very disappointed.

Really not good which is such a shame as myself and my mum had been waiting for months for this trip. Staff were very apologetic about the situation but the agency staff doing treatments clearly didn’t care about the experience so much so that my mum is having to book another massage to recover from how much they hurt her. Real shame.
We noticed the actual spa was quite dirty and the pool was freezing too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, a member of staff was off sick and the other staff did what they could so are treatment could go ahead and kept us informed on what was happening.

Unfortunately it was very busy. The pool was very cold, the jacuzzi was out of action and being fixed. The dressing rooms were very basic, with only one shower which was see-through.
My massage was meant to be at 11. Got to 11.20 and we asked when I would be seen and they had mixed the appointments up,so someone was taken in on my appointment. It was meant to be 30 mins and was only 20, it felt very rushed. I wasn't asked about pressure at any point. My sister had the full body and loved hers though
