Very pleasant experience, a treat for me and my fiancée. She thoroughly enjoyed the facial whilst I had the back, neck and shoulder massage.

The massage was excellent, Spa are very busy and not enough seats. Our time slots were changed due to staff shortage which was a little bit of an issue for us due to travel. Afternoon Tea was not the best 😔 unfortunately.

Excellent Premium Pamper Day for 2 at the Westcliff Hotel. Lovely spa - not big but plenty of facilities. Robe & Slippers provided free of charge (if you book the Premium Pamper Day via Red Letter Days). Lovely two-course lunch with good vegetarian options. Best of all was Lisa, the spa therapist who provided outstanding service with Swedish massages and facials for two people. Thanks Lisa and everyone (including new girl - I think it was Shelley - who booked it all and gave us a big welcome! )

She was amazing,. We spoke and I felt relaxed and welcomed,.
Lisa was professional all through out and gave me answers to any of my questions..
