I was in the waiting room for a while and then the therapist came and told me to follow her. She did not introduce herself. She took me into the room and apologised as it wasn’t ready so proceeded to change the towels on the bed. The air conditioning was on instead of the heating by accident so the room was cold. The music went off 10 mins into the treatment. Towards the end the therapist phone went off.
The massage technique was good.

Had a really enjoyable experience, my daughter and I came away feeling very relaxed after our massage. We also had afternoon tea which was lovely. All staff very attentive, helpful.
