Tiny and run down ladies changing room- one toilet and one shower, lots of broken lockers and not enough to go around. Barely room to turn around, let alone lots of ladies on spa days trying to get changed. No way to dry hands as hand towels not replenished. Not enough areas to relax or lounge, spa guests only seem to have access to the indoor spa facilities, which are tired. Lunch was nice and the restaurant is pleasant. Probably wouldn't go back.

Great stay - staff friendly and helpful.
A few minor things - having to pay extra for robe hire, crack in bathroom sink in room 106 not great and flush really poor to use.
But restaurant was excellent, and spa was lovely including treatments.
Bed and room really comfy too.

It is a great venue. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool was on the cold side as they had a problem with the heating overnight. Staff were very good at advising us of this when we arrived. Very enjoyable and relaxing spa day.

Lovely, helpful staff and therapists but ....
Pool was cold ( boiler problems) but I had seen this in older reviews too !
The changing rooms look old & grubby & there aren't enough lockers, we had to use other changing area by the larger pool & had to ask staff to keep letting us thru to get to our lockers...doesn't feel very spa like ..
Plus points were staff, treatment & lunch was very nice 👌..
Serious investment needed to call is a spa !!
