Excellent treatment and lunch included in spa day. Only downside is the spa feels a little dated. The pool water was a bit too cold for me. The hot tub was out of action for some time so we didn't get to use.

Had a lovely stay . Very clean and comfortable.
A lot of what was in the menu was unavailable unfortunately.
Spa treatment was very nice.
Will be returning next year.

Christine was fabulous on all her 4 facials . Unfortunately the massage therapist lost interest on last session and my daughter was very disappointed as the girl disappeared to toilet but finished on time with only the massage being an oily rub .

Myself and my friend had a massage, therapist had to leave the room on both our treatments as she said she felt sick. We both never got the full time on our treatments was very unacceptable and poor service.
We also had to pay for higher of ropes and slippers, which we we're never told about before hand.
Very unhappy with our experience.
