Used to come to the hotel 20 years ago.was good then but now SUPERB GREAT.could not find fault with anything.staff cheerful and helpful,spa facility's excellent.treatments.my partner had facial over the moon.i had back neckmassage best ever had.room excellent bed didnt want to get out of.parking great.lastly (food) 3 course evening meal absolutely marvellous,service and attitude 1st class.think you can see we had a wonderfull time.set us up nicely for our holiday fortcoming in the sun.thankyou all

The order of the massage was brilliant. She messaged the front first then the back . So I was totally relaxed through to the end of the massage ,as I wasn't asked to turn over halfway through.

West cliff were amazing very accommodating and helpful. Kayleigh was friendly and very knowledgeable. My Indian head massage was lovely but i had a headache and should if asked for a deeper pressure but didnt it wasnt the therapist fault x

The day overall was really good, love the spa and facilities but the treatment was a huge let down. The chairs in the relaxation area were so stiff that they hurt. But overall I love everything else and the afternoon tea was lovely bar some other pointers.
The head massage though - both my wife and I had the same and agree it was the worst we’ve ever had. The most disinterested therapist, wasn’t very warm in greeting and the treatment felt non existent and that they just could not be bothered.
