The treatments were excellent, although the treatment rooms and the spa itself look very tired and in need of repair/redecoration. The room was clean and comfortable but also looked pretty dated and in need of a bit of tlc particularly in the bathroom.
I was very disappointed that the use of the spa facilities was an extra cost and not included as it is at other spa hotels I've stayed at. This was not made clear at the booking stage. Also extra cost for robe and slippers!!

The Venue for New years evening was very pretty, with lots of atmosphere and a wonderful entertainer, in fact the best I have ever encountered at a New Years gala....
The staff were extremely good, however the filtering in to find your table did take a little time.

Used to come to the hotel 20 years ago.was good then but now SUPERB GREAT.could not find fault with anything.staff cheerful and helpful,spa facility's excellent.treatments.my partner had facial over the moon.i had back neckmassage best ever had.room excellent bed didnt want to get out of.parking great.lastly (food) 3 course evening meal absolutely marvellous,service and attitude 1st class.think you can see we had a wonderfull time.set us up nicely for our holiday fortcoming in the sun.thankyou all

The order of the massage was brilliant. She messaged the front first then the back . So I was totally relaxed through to the end of the massage ,as I wasn't asked to turn over halfway through.
