The spa facilities are good, but a little tired and because the complex is situated in the basement of the hotel, it feels a bit dark and unluxurious. The pool was cold, but the jacuzzi was like a bath. The changing rooms are very small and it was difficult to get changed in such a narrow space. The 2 private cubicles were occupied.
The upstairs covered pool and sun terrace area was fabulous and we were lucky it was a sunny day. The therapist was fabulous and the treatment was wonderful.

We booked via our Boundless membership, which made it great value for money. The food was good (although we found it very odd that the area that was being decorated wasn't blocked off fully to reduce noise, dust and smells). The spa area was nice, but the changing rooms were cramped. Our massages were amazing. Our room was a good size but we did have a couple of small maintenance issues, but hopefully these will be fixed for the next guests
