The place is tired, needs some tlc! The steam room wasn’t working, the jacuzzi was so hot that someone had to put a hose in it to cool it down before anyone could get in it. It needs a bit of a revamp down there, missing tiles, worn, grubby areas, didn’t fancy a shower as it wasn’t the best, neither was the toilet! The massage that I had was lovely, the therapist was friendly, food was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
