Really enjoyed our short break to Westcliff. The staff made this trip for us, everyone went above and beyond and were just really nice.
Only downfall to it (although we still enjoyed the facilities) was the cleanliness and condition of the rooms/pool room/ changing rooms. They could do with some TLC, they were a bit grubby but otherwise a lovely stay.

From the beginning to end both me and my fiancée had a lovely spa day here.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and facilities were very good. We both had a Swedish massage and both treatments were lovely. Would definitely recommend and come back.

The facial treatment was great but the Spa needs updating and cleaning. The pool was cold, the steam room wasn’t steamy, the changing rooms were small and the shower in there was not inviting and had black mould on the door etc. We used the facilities once on our stay but not tempted to use again as it felt dirty and uncomfortable. A charge for using robes seemed cheeky as they are complimentary usually, especially if you use the big pool which was upstairs through reception towards the lounge.
