Another gorgeous session with Jo I feel wonderfully relaxed and the benefits of the fibrotherapy are really starting to make a difference to my every day quality of life. My flare up's aren't as intense and with the ear seeds neither are my headaches

A nice ambience about the treatment room. It felt peaceful and relaxing away from the busy road outside.
Jo gave me a therapeutic and beneficial full body massage with the right pressure for me working extra hard on my shoulders where it felt like it was needed most. I felt very relaxed and calm throughout the treatment.
A nice touch at the end were the hot flannels and towels which felt lovely and comforting for the time of the year.
I will definitely return soon for another treatment

I've had my fourth fibrotherapy massage with Jo today. The atmosphere of the room is so calming from the music to the aromatics. The fibrotherapy has given me so much comfort and eased my flare-ups, thank you Jo for recommending this treatment for me
