Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and having chronic pain Jo has become a much needed therapist. Had the lymphatic drain massage which helped all my glands to work better boosting my energy and getting rid of toxins. I then tried a treatment that included stretching the fascia’s in my body - what a fantastic difference that made, not only to my mobility but my pain. Always feel amazing after this and my body is becoming a lot happier - no need for meds when doing it the natural way. Thank you Jo 🙏
