I’ve been in chronic pain for years with multiple health conditions. I’m also a horse groom so I’m very active and assumed aching and twinges were part of the job-I was wrong! In just 2 sessions my pain was significantly reduced! I wasn’t even sure a sports massage was what I needed so for Johanna to have made such a massive difference is incredible!

Excellent massage, amazing how relaxing it was despite being painful at times - necessarily so to unknot my shoulders. I felt an immediate change in my posture. Feels like my shoulders are now down by my waist!!!

Had a fantastic couple of appointments with Jo, she’s very professional, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I have left each appointment feeling very relaxed and refreshed! I really feel like the pregnancy reflexology I started at 37 weeks has been helping prepare me for labour. Will definitely be coming for more treatment after birth! Highly recommend!
