I received a combination of the following treatments; Angelic Reiki, fascia release, therapeutic massage and reflexology. I cannot remember the last time I felt so relaxed, like my mind actually calmed down and for a while I was just in relaxing bliss with no thoughts or plans running around my mind! She is so friendly and knowledgeable, I always feel safe and in good hands. I highly recommend and will be back for more sessions, thank you.

Jo is not only a wonderful masseuse, but also kind and compassionate. She creates a relaxing atmosphere and a safe space for healing. From the initial consultation, she listened intently to my history as a gymnast and my primary tension points, particularly my neck and back. She is very knowledgeable in sports-related therapy and understands how past injuries impact the body. Her strength is perfect for my tight shoulders and neck, yet she’s gentle when needed. I always leave feeling lighter.
