Jo is absolutely amazing at what she does. I've had normal sports massages & recently had a pregnancy massage and they are heaven.
She is SO talented and knowledgeable in what she does, helpful, professional, attentive, and open to sharing her expertise to genuinely help you.
Always walk away feeling so much better after a massage with Jo.
I also love her spiritual side and talking to her about that.

I’ve been in chronic pain for years with multiple health conditions. I’m also a horse groom so I’m very active and assumed aching and twinges were part of the job-I was wrong! In just 2 sessions my pain was significantly reduced! I wasn’t even sure a sports massage was what I needed so for Johanna to have made such a massive difference is incredible!

Excellent massage, amazing how relaxing it was despite being painful at times - necessarily so to unknot my shoulders. I felt an immediate change in my posture. Feels like my shoulders are now down by my waist!!!
