I had a great experience here. The staff were very friendly and the venue is lovely. I had the deep tissue massage and it was excellent. In addition to focusing on the areas I asked to be targeted, the massage was also wonderfully relaxing. Great value!

The place is lovely and it's good value for money but it wasn't that relaxing. It was quite painful and I'm still in pain as it was a bit of pulling & clicking but all i wanted was a gentle massage. I imagine others would loce it as it's probably a bit like going to a chiropractor for much cheaper but i had a back operation so i cant really have anything but a gentle massage so I'm a bit upset and feel like I wasted my money as I'm still in pain, think it made my pain worse but in their defense for a normal back it was probably fabulous.

The facial I had was lovely. However, the lady doing my facial kept talking through the curtain to the lady on reception. (i was put in a mezzanine type room). This was quite irritating as was a rather obnoxious customer who walked into the reception and continued to have a loud conversation on her phone, as well as the back and to I was currently subjected to/ Signs had been put around asking customers to respect others having treatment, it would have been appropriate to ask her to be quieter.
