I had a great Thai massage. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and the massage really helped with this. I felt relaxed for the rest of the day.
Best wax I've ever had - as the beautician said, she was a 'perfectionist'. Staff not very personable, and was left waiting forn20 mins but if you're not in a rush, this is a great place to go.
The massage was actually ok, but the whole experience was ruined by the the fact that the venue is quite noisy and during the treatment I could hear all the people coming in and out of the place as well as background noise from the street.
Furthermore I wasn't pleased either by the fact that I booked a 60-min treatment, but the massage only lasted 50 minutes. The most ridiculous thing is that when I complained with the manager, instead of apologising she pointed out that that the treatment actually lasted 55 minutes...hopeless. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
I would have rated my experience better if they hadn't changed my appointment by pushing it back 30mins without my consent. I was there early and ended up waiting an hour for my appointment. The rooms were not soundproofed so I heard tons of people walk in and their conversations throughout the massage. Additionally they changed my masseuse 15mins into the massage which I also found disruptive. The first masseuse was good and did start with a deep tissue massage but the 2nd masseuse did some hot stone massage which I did not like. The main thing was the change in appointment time which I found unprofessional as it really messed up my schedule for the rest of the day. They tried to rectify this with a free 15mins massage for the next time I book but I'm not sure if I will return. Prices are of good value but I suppose these are the drawbacks of what you get when you pay less for a massage. :(
