The team were so wonderful and welcoming even when I was a little bit late for my appointment. The treatment was super quick and very happy that the lady made double and triple checked that all the hairs were gone. I would have preferred them to have used some sort of anti-bacterial spray that I usually get but gloves were used and the bed was layed down with a clean sheet of paper before my treatment. Overall, loved it!
