I am a regular client and have always really appreciated the quality of the massages provided by the team, who consistently show great professionalism and skill. However, during my last visit I was treated by a new member of staff whose name I unfortunately do not know, and the experience did not match what I had requested. I had specifically booked a deep tissue massage, but the treatment was much more relaxing in style and did not reach the intensity I expected.
