Very poor in general. No good customer service at all. Showers very dirty no able to leave our belongings if you don’t have a coin for the locker. Very dissatisfied.

Bluewater Spa at the Connaught Hotel Bournemouth is simply the best! Fabulous treatment by Hannah consisted of 30mins facial 30mins back massage.
Coffee or tea on arrival in the hotels lovely lounge. Lovely treatment and relaxation rooms. Scrumptious afternoon tea.
Also a pool.
