All the staff were lovely & friendly and the Drift Away massage was soo relaxing. If there had been more time we would have had a longer massage.

I enjoyed my time at the spa which was very relaxing and good value but there did seem to be some lack of attention to detail. The welcome drink is very small and poor quality juice. The wooden benches in the sauna need better attention as the gaps between slats are too wide and dangerous. There were no bags available to put my wet costume in and my massage was overly aggressive compared to what I had asked for on the form. However, the staff were kind, helpful and honest.
