All of the staff we met helpful and polite had gift voucher given to me for birthday which meant my daughter and I were able to have lovely relaxing massages and then to have a really good lunch with some of the best chips we have ever tasted

The Spa was small but very relaxed, there are no loungers for lying around the pool area which would have been a nice feature. The facial and therapist Lisa were really good and the relaxation room a haven from the rest of Bournemouth.

Arrival was exceptional. Really welcomed by the receptionist and spa team, given all information and showed around,
Pool was freezing but jacuzzi and steam room lovely.
Showers in changing rooms slightly annoying had to shower with one hand whilst pushing the button for water with the other.
What let down the whole experience was the afternoon tea and the staff we encountered after the spa.
Afternoon tea ridiculous, not enough for one yet alone 2. Overpriced at £35!
