I thought the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My aromatherapy massage was incredibly relaxing. I thought the pool and jacuzzi were lovely and it was really nice to have the relaxation room to go and chill out in. The afternoon tea was really big with delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones and I felt welcome as soon as I stepped in the door. I think this spa is fantastic and wonderful value for money! I will definitely be recommending it to people and coming back myself.

My visit to the Connaught was fantastic, great facilities-love the newly equipped gym! The service, treatment and food were faultless-can’t wait to go back. Using a groupon voucher made it value for money too.
