Generally a lovely day and highly recommended. All the female members of staff members were excellent from Reception, to the "Meet & Greet" Lady and the Spa Receptionist. However, my simple request to one male member of staff in the brasserie was met with a very abrupt response, leaving me feeling rather embarrassed which rather spoilt my day. I appreciate he was probably busy but politeness costs nothing.

I wanted to treat some wonderful friends who had helped me (and myself) and was keen that everything should go well. I was certainly not disappointed; we were all delighted with the experience - the care with which we were welcomed, the treatments, the facilities, the meals and drinks. THANK YOU!

Good welcome with drink served by the fire. All staff very friendly. Enjoyed our treatment and use of pool jacuzzi sauna etc afterwards. Lunch was also very good. A really great day out. Small downside was we went to book extra treatments but they were fully booked but we'd left it til 2 days before going so our own faults. Will book them earlier next time
