Fabulous day. Staff all very welcoming and polite. The spa is lovely and relaxing with nothing missing. My only comment would be that maybe the relaxation room could be better decorated with softer mood lighting and some furnishings.. Bit bare.

Well, it is always a Treat to visit the Bluewater Spa at the Connought Bournemouth. The lovely hotel receptionists make you feel so welcome, and then when you arrive downstairs in the Spa, you are greeted with the lovely Spa therapists, whom usher you into a serene lounge to relax before your massage. The therapy room is a real haven of tranquility with soft music and subdued light. The massage is truly invigorating. The therapists know their balanced massage routine well to give you the maximum benefit of tension relief, wellbeing and relaxation. They are very caring and friendly which also adds to the experience. I will visit again. Thank you
