Lovely time trying a pregnancy massage for the first time. Parking was easy. Lisa the therapist explained everything to me beforehand and made me feel comfortable. I almost nodded off a couple of times during the massage it was that relaxing. Nice to be able to use the relaxation room afterwards. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience and will be back again.

My relaxation massage was a treat for my birthday whilst on holiday at The Connaught hotel. We booked when there was an offer (£68) and it was reasonable value to money against similar services I’ve had elsewhere. The relaxation area is soothing and atmospheric whilst waiting for my treatment. The treatment rooms were calm, clean and appropriate temperature. Lisa was friendly, calm and checked the massage pressure was as requested. I would very much recommend the Bluewater Spa treatments!

Back massage. I can't remember the last time my shoulders felt so loose. Val did a great job of helping me to relax. She clearly paid attention to the requests I made on the pre treatment form.
My 18 year old daughter enjoyed her first experience very much.

Cold water in swimming pool.Lots of sand at the bottom on the pool, no staff seen/available in the wet areas to report. The jacuzzi was more a hit tub, the jets were too gentle.
We both asked for a chatty treatment and there was no conversation from either therapists. We booked massages and got back brushed which was not enjoyable or relaxing.
