I found the spa and steam room hardly hot
The jucuzzi was Luke warm
Changing rooms were dirty and had no hand wash or shower gels
The sandwich I was given were soggy and the filling was very cold to presume they were pre made in the fridge
I couldn’t eat them or the fish as I’m allergic to fish I never got an option on fillings
The cakes were fridge cold which felt horrible in the mouth
The treatments made this experience feel I should be compensated

Lovely hotel & spa facilities. Very pleasant friendly staff. Treatments were top class. Afternoon tea was excellent. Would highly recommend one of the best venues visited & will be making return visits in the future.
