We went for a Rejuvenate Spa day with a 55 min all over body massage & came away feeling wonderful - just what the doctor ordered! The therapists, bar & waiting staff, receptionist, everyone made us feel welcome & the whole place had a lovely atmosphere- we can’t thank you all enough xx we thorough enjoyed our afternoon tea and after our massage, we spent time in the relaxation room which most definitely topped off the day!

I had a facial which was very relaxing and then had use of the spa. The only thing that was not so great were the steps to get into the pool and jacuzzi. Otherwise everything was great.

Our treatment was booked at 11.10 but wasn’t taken to room until 11.20. Treatment ended at 11.40 that time was including therapists speaking to us and getting changed . The room was very cold and therapists had cold hands and oil was cold . Massage was good but very quick and certainly not 25 mins . We weren’t shown around before and had to ask after our treatment where everything was . No complimentary anything only water . Steam room a bit smelly could of done with some essential oils in ther
