All staff was lovely and helpful. We had some special requirements with regards to kids and everything was solved without any hassle.
We loved the spa facilities, mainly the pool.
I would like to say thay our dinner which we ordered on 16/05/26 was amazing and very tasty. Would like say big thank yoi to the chef. We really enjoyed both of our courses.

Waited a long time at reception with staff coming & going but ignoring us.
Odd to be shown into the relaxation room in our own clothes & outdoor shoes. Would have expected to get changed into a gown & slipers first. To then go back into the relaxation room in your own clothes was again disappointing.
Staff noisily accessing a store cupboard in the corner of the relaxation room not very relaxing.
No tiolets in the changing room was very odd and they were not very clean.

Myself and 4 friends visited for a spa break this weekend and we had an absolutely wonderful time. Right from the get go, the afternoon tea was gorgeously presented and was absolutely divine. The masssages were (as always) fabulous and the staff there are just lovely. So helpful and is one of the few spa hotels I have been to where we see the same faces which says a lot about how happy their staff are. Breakfast and lunch were also lovely as were the rooms. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

Great welcome and excellent facilities. The pool was a very good size and the steam room and jacuzzi good. Unfortunately the sauna was out of order which we hadn't be fore- warned. The therapists were lovely and we really enjoyed our treatments- extremely relaxing. Also our afternoon tea, included in our spa day was varied and delicious!
