Arrival was exceptional. Really welcomed by the receptionist and spa team, given all information and showed around,
Pool was freezing but jacuzzi and steam room lovely.
Showers in changing rooms slightly annoying had to shower with one hand whilst pushing the button for water with the other.
What let down the whole experience was the afternoon tea and the staff we encountered after the spa.
Afternoon tea ridiculous, not enough for one yet alone 2. Overpriced at £35!

My first massage. I was a little worried as I had neck stiffness and back problems but I was reassured. Thoroughly enjoyed the session and my neck stiffness was vastly improved
