The treatment started 10 minutes late this was due to the online booking system which I dont think is run by the hotel. Insufficient time was given between each booking. Would recommend phoning the hotel direct to book the treatment. The therapist was not hannah Ayres as stated on the online booking but she gave a very good massage and was very pleasant. I felt very relaxed after the massage.
