I booked a drift away massage for my husband & I for his 60th birthday as a treat. We could not fault the therapists who massaged us at all. However booking the treatments was another story. When I phoned to book the receptionist gave me a booking time of 11am for both my husband & I. At the time of me phoning my husband was right next to me and heard me confirming 11am. When I received a message reminder about the massages the time was 3pm. I felt that the receptionist was not helpful.

Lovely hotel, great pool and nice and hot hot tub. Treatment was lovely and lunch all round experience a very much needed treat this hotel and spa is amazing and high quality

My friend and I had a drift away massage booked with 2 different therapists at same time. Receptionist was very helpful and accomodating. Both therapists were very welcoming, good communicators and very skilled. It was a very enjoyable experience and will definitely come back.
