This was a Virgin voucher given to me as a gift (Including all use of the spa facilities)and because of Covid, only the pool was available, but nothing else was offered in place..eg another treatment, free drink , etc🤦♀️

Lovely treatment in immaculate, comfortable and inviting room. It was also very nice to be able to chill out afterwards in a relaxation room which just gave you time to come to.

I booked a 30 min back and shoulders massage.
Andrea was very attentive and friendly, she is very considerate, checks frequently if she is not pressing you too strong. The only negative was that it was not really clear when does the treatment finish, as I was escorted into the relaxation room with a glass of water. It had a little storage in the corner, from where she was moving some products out... After 3 minutes I left and went to join my gf in the hot tube. Sauna is out of service :(
